We also handle SSI Realignment requests stretching back to the beginning of the Medicare DSH add-on payment and understand the many nuances related thereto. Here is the message currently available from CMS: DSH USER ALERT!!!New!! CMS is temporarily taking the DSH application offline effective immediately. This includes granting new access and adding any additional providers that come through the mailbox. Our approach to DSH data access is being revised and we will keep everyone updated on the next steps.
