340B Medicare Advantage Underpayments
ALERT: Government Data Services LLC ("GDS") is helping providers by quantifying the exact amounts that each Medicare Advantage payor underpaid for 340B drugs from 2018 - 2022. Our deliverables include an executive summary by provider, by payor. Deliverables also include claims-level, line-item detail reports to support negotiations and/or litigation with Medicare Advantage payors in an effort to recover these underpayments.
